Ticket FAQs

Do you accept Venmo or Credit Card?


We do not accept any other form of payment besides cash at the moment. We will keep you updated if anything changes.




Can I buy multiple tickets?


No, you cannot purchase or register for multiple tickers. There is only one ticket per person with a valid NJIT ID.




Can I reserve tickets?


As long as you or a friend arrive in person and both of you have secured a ticket, you can reserve a seat to be paid for within the next few business days




I filled out the form, what now?


You will receive an email from us on your NJIT email to inform you if you have received a ticket. If you did not receive an email, you are automatically placed on the waitlist.




I cannot make it to the selling time


Please contact us via email at sac@njit.edu with your situation and we would be happy to accommodate!




What happens if I do not pick up my ticket within a few days?


After a few business days, we will be forced to open up your ticket to waitlisted students.




What if I’m a Graduate Student/ Alumni, can I still purchase a ticket?


These tickets are ONLY available for currently enrolled Undergraduate Students. We will check our list to confirm that you fall into that category. If you would like to qualify for our tickets, please speak with your campus representatives (GSA for Graduate Students, Alumni Association for Alumni).




Can a friend come pay for and pick up my ticket?


Unfortunately, due to liability reasons, we cannot give your ticket to anyone else but you. However, a friend can reserve a seat for you as long as you have also secured a ticket.

Is there an itinerary?


No, once we arrive at the hotel and check everyone in, you are free to do as you please.

What is covered in the payment?


The payment covers the 2 night stay at the hotel, a lunch meal for the busride there, and transportation to the city.




How does the rooming work at the hotel?


Each hotel room will hold 4 students. You can request to be with a group of your peers (as long as they secure a ticket as well). If they fail to secure a ticket, you will be paired with students by your gender.




What if I’m a Graduate Student/ Alumni, can I still purchase a ticket?
